Run on Behalf of a Charity Make your Bank of America Chicago Marathon experience more meaningful by running on behalf of a charity at the 2010 event.
In 2009, a record 8,500 runners dedicated their marathon to a cause greater than themselves, and together they raised nearly $10 million for 123 charitable causes. As a result, the impact of the Chicago Marathon is felt around the world, and no place more significantly than in the local communities that host this great event.
Many charity programs offer marathon training programs, social events and fundraising assistance. All charities offer the opportunity to connect your marathon experience to a great cause.
